Our Approach (for review)

Discovering what customers need, what they currently use, and their current gaps in information is essential to our successful delivery. Our customers come to us to establish which space and ground data sources best solve the problems they face and to understand how to display and interpret that data accurately.

We take the findings we made with our customers and design a user friendly application. It's not easy keeping interfaces organised and intuitive with so many data sources, but it's one of our specialties!  

Meanwhile, our product and tech teams design the systems architecture ready for the next stage...

 

Once the designs are finished and approved, our software and start building a useable web application. The many data sources are 'plugged-in' throughout the build, after been analysed by our data team.  

We take a Beta product to our customers for testing, provide sessions on how to use the software, answer questions and listen to feedback. This is a crucial review stage for both our software and our customers. 

We take the feedback and make appropriate changes. By redesigning the user interface, refactoring the code, and adding and verifying more data sources as appropriate, we can deliver the insights our customers need via an easily digested display. 

After a build we offer annual licenses to access the software. Because we understand the difficulties of making sustainable and human-orientated decisions while maintaining a successful business in a competitive world, the more customers buy licenses, the less expensive they become for everyone. This way, we can provide as many businesses as possible with the information they need to make these choices while still providing economic value for each individual business.
